Our Belief

We believe that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, as the scripture says. We believe that every believer is called to be his witnesses and fulfill the great commission. Jesus’ last words: Matthew 28:18 – 20 Mark 16:15-18 Luke 24:46-49 John 20:20 –23 John 20:15-17 Acts 1:4-8

Seek and save that which is lost - Matt 18:11

Our Passion

To bring unity to the body of Christ Ephesians 4:1 Jesus’ last prayer: That we may be one, as He and the Father are one. John 17:11 17:21 17:22-23

Scripture

We believe that the Scriptures were written by men divinely inspired by God. 1 Tim 3:16-17 All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness, so that the man of god may be adequate, equipped for every good work.

God

We believe there is only one true GOD – revealed in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Gen 1:26 John 1:1-5 John 1:9-14. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. He was human and divine. Luke 1:35 John 14:9 – 17 John 17:11 John 17:21-22

Man

Man was created in the image of God, male and female he created them. In the beginning man was innocent of sin and given a free will. By his own choice he sinned and brought sin into the world. Satan tempted and they elected to be disobedience to God, bringing separation between God and man. Man broke his fellowship with God. We are born with a sinful nature in need of redemption. Gen 1:26 Gen 3:13-24 Roman 5:12

Salvation

1 Cor. 15:3 2 Cor 5:21 - Every person can be redeemed to God through Salvation in Jesus Christ. With his own blood, Jesus Christ obtained eternal redemption for all mankind. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord. Salvation is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Romans 3:23 Romans 6:23 Romans 10:9-11

Regeneration

New birth is a work of God’s grace and we become a new creation in Christ, old things are passed away and all things become new. 1 Cor. 5:17-20 The Holy Spirit convicts us of our sin, we respond in repentance to God and by faith we accept the forgiveness from our sins by grace. John 16:8-15

Justification

Through grace, we are brought into a relationship of peace and favor with God. Just as if we had never sinned against Him. Romans 8:33

Sanctification

We are set apart for God’s purposes. Romans 15:16

Baptism

We believe in following the example that Jesus set for us. He was baptized at the beginning of his ministry. Matt 3:13 – 17 Mark 1:9-11, John 3:23. Jesus instructed his disciples to observe the Lord’s Supper in remembrance of Him. Matthew 26:26-30 Luke 22:19-20 Mark 14:22-26

Sabbath

We believe that every believer should have a day of worship to join with other believers. Forsake not the assembly of yourselves with other believers.

Healing

We believe in healing. We believe that God is sovereign and all healing is for his glory.

Rapture

We believe in the Return of Jesus Christ and the Rapture of the believers. 1 Thes. 4:13-18.

Second Coming

We believe we were created in the image of God and eternal beings. Man has a choice in his eternity. Heaven and Hell are real. 2 Peter 2:4 Matt 5:22, 10:28 Is:65:17 Matt 3:17 Matt 5:12, Matt. 6:10 2 Cor. 5 :1.

We believe there will be a final judgment day. 2 Peter 3:7 Rev. 18:20 Rev. 19:2.

We believe in a new heaven and new earth that we will rule and reign with Christ forever. Rev. 21:1
